My childhood was filled with an abiding love for creativity and art. I spent countless hours in art classes, displaying my work at competitions and exhibitions and sharing my talents with friends and family growing up.

My passion for creativity and my whimsical ideas were the north star in helping me choose my subjects throughout school and ultimately in university.

I had a thing for number crunching and a natural talent for both, creativity and sales, which led me to choose finance as my major and marketing as my minor for my Bachelor's degree.

After graduation, I followed my heart and started my passion project, Farah Tahoor Art. It has been a very fulfilling journey, allowing me to use mixed media to create abstract paintings, display my work at exhibitions, as well as explore different forms of photography, filming, and creative direction.

As contrasting as finance and marketing may sound together, this mix actually led me to establish my dream career professionally and perfectly matched the full-time positions I held working for two FinTechs in their content marketing teams: the now-defunct investment provider Square Funds, and more recently, CoinMENA.

It's said that when your passion becomes your work, it doesn't really feel like work because you truly enjoy what you do. That's how I feel about what I do.
